I believe that one's level of mental health, physical health and life balance determines how successfully one can be in achieving their life goals. Because of this, I have created three programmes to meet you where you are at and help promote positive impact in these areas. The programmes are deigned to support you on your journey towards creating a fulfilled life where you no longer are

  • feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and like life is always one step ahead
  • waking up most days feeling anxious with the thought of all the family schedules you have to manage 
  • overcome by the feeling of panic when you are asked to add to your long to-do list
  • relying on coffee, sugary snacks and/or wine to get through the day 
  • wanting to follow your passions outside the home but struggling to find the energy and time
  • finding it hard to lose weight because nothing seems to be working

Level Up for Success - 1-2-1 Programme

For those who have specific health issues they would like to address by changing their lifestyle habits or are just looking to understand how best to nourish their mind, body and soul for a body that keeps up with their ambitions. 

During this programme, you will learn what you need to to keep your energy up, relieve your body of any discomforts (joint aches, digestive issues ... ), manage stress and create a path to a successful career while enjoying enjoying every moment of motherhood. You deserve to have it all and you can as long as you put in the work.

Level Up for Success - Online Group Programme

For those who are just starting or already on a journey of implementing new lifestyle changes to their energy and enhance their health but are happy to go the journey with little support. Looking for a community with the same goals to be part of and support with implementing impactful habit changes. 

During this programme, you will learn what your body needs to keep energy up throughout the day, gain back control of your body (incl. weight management) and how to prioritise what you need to create a life of success with stress levels under control.

Why work with me?

There was a period of my life where I felt like my life was out of control, struggled to juggle multiple schedules, suffered from anxiety and was just too tired to be fully present for my family. 

Since then, I have gained qualifications in Positive & Coaching Psychology, Applied Functional Medicine and years of experience in the health & wellness sector that I used to transform my life. I want to do the same for you. ​
